Pit bulls are loved ones dogs!

Pit bulls are 40% of the dogs that come into the shelter right here in Louisville, and about 5% of those adopted. Guess what occurs to the rest. Concern of pit bulls is mainly media hype and discrimination based on false stereotypes. Pit bulls do as effectively or better on temperament testing as Golden Retrievers, and they compare quite nicely to some well-liked family dogs. These are virtually all various dogs: Moose in the center, then across the top: Moose Jr., Indie, Tiny Green Eyes, Missy and Indie, Journey, Bernard, Demon, Missy, Gigi, Embry, Wigglebutt, Crow. Crow’s the only 1 not from the Metro Animal Services shelter in Louisville, and he was adopted from a shelter in Merced, California. Of the dogs in this mosaic, Gigi and Wigglebutt were killed. The rest were adopted.
